335 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using 335's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026 — These terms may be updated from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 335 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you must refrain from using this platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 335 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any published changes to the terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Users under the age of 18, or below the legal age threshold in Malaysia, are not permitted to use this platform under any circumstances.
2. Account Creation & Security
To make full use of 335's services, you are required to register a personal account. During registration, you agree to:
- Providing accurate, current, and complete information as required in the registration form.
- Maintaining and updating your account information to ensure it remains accurate and current.
- Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing account access with any other party.
- Notifying 335 promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Being fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised or not.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a 335 platform user, you agree to comply with all of the following rules and guidelines:
- Permitted Use: This platform may only be used for permitted entertainment and betting purposes. Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities or to use automation software, bots, or unauthorised third-party tools is strictly prohibited.
- Accurate Information: You agree not to provide false information, impersonate another individual, or use any form of deceptive practice while using the platform.
- Single Use: Your 335 account is for your personal use only. You are not permitted to transfer, sell, or grant account access to any other party.
- Specific Prohibitions: Any attempt to launder money, finance illegal activities, or use the platform for purposes other than permitted betting and entertainment is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
- Responsible Conduct: Users are expected to engage with the platform, customer support, and other users respectfully. Any disruptive, threatening, or abusive behaviour towards the service may result in account suspension.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 335 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). By making a deposit or withdrawal, you agree to the following terms:
- Deposits into your 335 account must be made using approved payment methods, including Boost, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and internet banking from recognised financial institutions in Malaysia.
- Deposited funds may not be transferred between different user accounts. All funds must originate from a legitimate source and belong to you personally.
- Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with 335's internal procedures, which typically take between one and three business days depending on your chosen payment method.
- 335 reserves the right to request identity verification documents or proof of funds before processing a withdrawal, as part of standard compliance procedures.
- Any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of the Terms & Conditions may be temporarily frozen while an investigation is carried out.
335 is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your bank or third-party payment service providers during the processing of your transactions.
5. Liability Limitations & Account Policy
Liability Limits
335 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet any specific user expectations. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 335 shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform.
- Technical disruptions, server downtime, or system errors that occur beyond 335's reasonable control.
- Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the user.
Account Suspension & Closure
335 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision within these Terms & Conditions.
- Fraud, use of false identity, or activities suspected to be related to money laundering.
- Creating multiple accounts or abusing the bonus and promotions system.
- User-initiated request to voluntarily close the account.
If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be subject to review before being returned, depending on the outcome of an internal investigation.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 335 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of 335 or its content licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from 335.

These links are provided for informational convenience only. 335 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for them. 335 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 335 platform shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
